Work out where AI genuinely fits, before you spend money finding out the hard way

We start from how your business actually operates, where it creates value, and where it loses value. The result is a prioritised map of opportunities grounded in operational reality.

TWO OPTIONS

Workshop or full review

A facilitated session with your leadership team. Structured around three questions: where does the business create value, where does it lose value, and where could AI change the equation? You walk away with a prioritised opportunity map and a clear sense of what is worth pursuing.

A deeper engagement that maps your operations, identifies AI/ML/automation opportunities against that reality, assesses feasibility and data readiness, and prioritises by impact versus complexity. Includes EU AI Act classification for identified opportunities.

DELIVERABLES

What you get

Prioritised opportunity map (shared document) plus a follow-up call.

AI opportunity report with opportunity map, feasibility assessment, prioritisation matrix, and recommended sequencing. One-page detail sheets per opportunity covering data requirements, complexity, impact, and compliance considerations. All with a full handover meeting.

Assessment dimensions

What we cover

The full review is structured around eight dimensions: strategy and business case, data readiness, technology and architecture, talent and capability, governance risk and ethics, security and privacy, value creation and measurement, and investment and operating model.

Every opportunity is assessed for bias, explainability, human-in-the-loop considerations, and EU AI Act risk classification. The governance, risk, and ethics register sits alongside the opportunity map, not as an afterthought.

from review to rollout

When you are ready to act on it

The review is focused on prioritisation and honest assessment. Where a review identifies AI opportunities worth pursuing, our AI Governance & Enablement engagement puts the governance framework, guardrails, and practical enablement assets in place to make it operational. It includes an AI Champions programme and hands-on coaching so your people can sustain and extend the work independently.

Where the scope extends beyond AI into broader technology delivery, our Implementation service provides directed delivery with strategic oversight. We are vendor-agnostic and do not sell tools or platforms. And where the honest answer is that simpler automation or process redesign would work better than AI, we will tell you that too.

Is this right for you?
